Meet CoachI’m Gareth Morris, founder of Morris Performance Training. I coach athletes and working adults with a straightforward goal: make training realistic, effective and life-compatible. I’m an experienced coach who values movement quality, injury reduction and measurable progress.
This training focuses on building strength, injury prevention and rehabilitation, increasing energy levels, and improving fitness levels whether goal specific or as a quality of life improvement. Sessions are designed using principles of kinesiology, biomechanics, and years of elite coaching experience.

This training focuses on improving your physical readiness for the sport of your choosing. This includes improving power, speed, coordination, the ability to change direction, acceleration, deceleration, and strength to out perform your competition.

This training focuses on working with your rehabilitation specialist (phsyio, chiro, bio etc) to ensure a smooth transition back into your chosen sport, with an emphasis on reducing injury recurrence. Let's get you back to playing with confidence, trusting your body it can do whatever you ask of it.
